I am currently working on some models to be made into custom dolls, I'll be updating this post when I have some images ready.

I imagine that wouldn't be too hard to achieve, I think there are some downloadable models online that can be modified to be exactly what you're looking for. Make sure to define what kind of genitals it should have, because it can be anywhere between cartoon-like and simple, to detailed and realistic. It'll be important to choose because once the mold is created, it will always come with the genitals you chose, unless another mold is invested in with different details.
